Unfortunately, our Credit card processor won’t allow us to send to customers who have their Shipping and Billing addresses not matching. We understand most other places allow this, but they are putting extra pressure on us because of the mission we are on and the type of products we have.
We understand sometimes people have addresses at parents houses and maybe a previous house. We also understand how frustrating this may be for you, because it is for us.
How to Fix the Issue?
You can still order via Zelle or Money order with ANY address you want. This works because we are cutting out the Card Companys. You can also reorder and use a matching Billing and Shipping Address.
